7. INSTALLATION

  • Firstly, fix the legs near the gearbox side,the leg adjacent to the gearbox have 2 additional holes :one for stiffener fixing & other for fixing wire routing support.
  • Connect the legs with the leg connector
  • Fix the gearbox stiffener to the adjacent leg
  • Fix the wire routing support to the adjacent legs
  • Fix the Guide rail support blocks at the top
  • Fix the guide rails on both sides of the conveyor
  • Switch on the power button
  • Set the required speed with the knob provided on control panel

11.STARTING THE MACHINE

  • Switch on the supply
  • Adjust the speed and other parameters
  • Select the required speed by rotating the knob
  • Keep the product in the belt and adjust the guide rails if needed.
