6. INSTALLATION

  • Machine takeout from the carton box and fix the leg as shown below
  • Loosen the six screws of the link cabin lid and remove it.
  • Fix the funnel holder using the four nuts and bolts provided.
  • Fix the funnel in the gap provided in the funnel holder using the funnel pins provided.

9. OPERATION

  • Set the required sealing time depending on the film to be used. Thicker pouches require more sealing time.
  • Connect the machine to a suitable power socket.
  • Set the required sealing time for the pouch to be sealed by turning control knob.
  • Insert the sleeve from bottom of the funnel and seal the bottom of the sleeve first time.
  • Insert the product through funnel and place the open end of the pouch in between the sealing jaw.
  • Inspect for sealing perfection. Adjust the sealing time if required.
