6. INSTALLATION

  • Machine takeout from the carton box and fix the leg as shown below
  • Loosen the six screws of the link cabin lid and remove it.
  • Fix the funnel holder using the four bolts provided.
  • Fix the funnel in the gap provided in the funnel holder using the funnel pins provided.
  • Place the filter mesh to liquid tank

8. OPERATION

  • Connect the machine to a suitable power socket.
  • Set the required sealing time for the pouch to be sealed.
  • Insert the sleeve from the bottom of the funnel.
  • Press the foot pedal till three buzzer sounds for cooling.
  • Release the pedal and inspect for sealing perfection. Adjust the sealing time if required.

  • Fill Time: 0-999.9 Sec
  • Mode/Stop
  • Set
  • An LCD check function is done first. Version of the software is displayed.
  • Using Fill & Seal Mode:
  • To set the parameters press the “SET” button.
