8. INSTALLATION

  • Sealing jaw is pneumatically operated. Use 6mm PU tube to connect compressed air of 6-10Bar,
  • 50LPM to the air inlet marked on the machine. Regulate the pressure value.
  • Use 6mm PU tube to connect Nitrogen gas cylinder to the gas inlet marked on the machine and regulate the gas pressure to low value to reduce gas wastage and better performance.
  • Connect the plug to a single phase power socket(240V/50Hz).
  • Connect compressed air to the FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) Unit provided. Pressure should be adjusted to get best results.
  • The machine can be connected to Nitrogen Cylinder/generator. Use 6mm PU tube from Nitrogen Supply to the gas inlet marked on the machine.

9. OPERATION

  • Press the power switch to switch on the machine.
  • Set the sealing time and flushing time as required.
  • Insert the product into the pouch and place it on the product support.
  • Place the open end of the pouch in between the sealing jaws. Keep the flushing nozzle at the mouth of the pouch.
  • Press the foot pedal and hold it till the three buzzing.
  • Release the pedal. Inspect the sealing perfection. Adjust the values, if required.
