8. INSTALLATION

  • Fix product table.
  • Pneumatic hot bar sealer uses water cooling to cool the sealing jaws. Fill the mixture of 50% water and 50% anti-freezing agent as the coolant into the bottle provided in the side of the machine.
  • Connect the plug to a single phase power socket(240V/50Hz).
  • Press the power switch on the front panel of the machine.
  • Ensure the flow of coolant through radiator, pump and sealing jaws. Allow the radiator to cool.
  • Sealing jaw is pneumatically operated. Use 8mm PU tube to connect compressed air of 6-10Bar,
  • 100LPM to the FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) provided with the machine. Regulate the pressure value for better performance.
  • Set the parameters (Heater on time, cooling time & motor on time) as per the pouch.

9. OPERATION

  • Sevana’s micro-processor based PNI machine has 4 preset modes or programs. Each program can be set with different parameters.
  • Select the mode by pressing “MODE” button
  • To set the parameters press “SET” button.
  • To change the value press the “UP” or “DOWN” button continuously till the required value is displayed.
  • To save the new value and display the next parameter press SET. If the value needs to be left unchanged simply press the SET button to skip and display will go to the next parameter
