8. INSTALLATION

  • Fix product holding sheet(ss).
  • Pneumatic hot bar sealer uses running water cooling to cool the sealing jaws. Connect the running water input to “Cold water in” port and connect “Hot water out” to output of running water
  • Connect the plug to a single phase power socket(240V/50Hz).
  • Press the power switch on the front panel of the machine.
  • Sealing jaw is pneumatically operated. Use an 8mm PU tube to connect compressed air of 6-10 Bar, to the Filter Regulator provided with the machine. Regulate the pressure value for better performance.
  • Set the parameters (Heater on time, cooling time & motor on time) as per the pouch.
  • Connect the compressed air to the Filter Regulator Unit provided. Pressure should be adjusted to get best results.

9. OPERATION

  • Sevana’s micro-processor based PNI machine has 4 preset modes or programs. Each program can be set with different parameters.
  • Select the mode by pressing “MODE” button
  • To set the parameters press the “SET” button.
  • To change the value press the “UP” or “DOWN” button continuously till the required value is displayed.
  • To save the new value and display the next parameter press SET. If the value needs to be left unchanged simply press the SET button to skip and display will go to the next parameter
  • Motor time is always set to zero.

  • To start the machine, connect the machine to the power supply and switch on the power switch.
