7. INSTALLATION

  • Open the back door & fill the vacuum pump oil.
  • Connect the plug to a single phase power socket .
  • Connect the compressor air to machine
  • Switch on the MCB & then press the power button on the front panel.
  • Select MODE & set parameters as per product & pouch. .
  • Shutdown process: switch off the MCB.

8. FILLING VACUUM PUMP WITH OIL

  • There is no vacuum pump oil in the newly delivered machine. If the vacuum pump works without oil it will damage the pump, even in a short time. Please make sure that the vacuum pump has been filled with the oil up to the mark before the start-up.
  • Open the back cover.
  • Fill the machine with Sevol V vacuum pump oil(500ml).
  • Close the cap and fix the back door.

10. PROGRAM MODES

  • Sevana’s micro-processor based vacuum machine has 4 preset modes or programs. Each program can be set with different parameters. Variable parameters in each mode are
  • Primary vacuum
  • 0-760mm Hg( Vacuum level in the chamber)
  • Secondary vacuum
  • Product press
  • Press delay
  • Vacuum error
  • Vacuum levels represents in millimetre mercury up to vacuum has to be achieved (-760mmHg absolute vacuum, 0 is normal atmospheric pressure).

11.STARTING THE MACHINE

  • Stop/Reset
  • Set
  • A LCD check function is done first. Version of the software is displayed.
  • Now press the push button, the lid will automatically close, then the vacuum increases up to the preset level.
  • Then the product pull to the center of the chamber. Then starting the secondary vacuum and vibration.
  • Finally the lid will open automatically.
  • After that the lid open automatically and the display changes to “ready mode”.
  • Press the “STOP” button for 1 second.

12. OPERATION

  • Switch on the supply
  • Adjust the vacuum and other parameters
  • Select the required mode
  • Press push button, the vacuum pump starts automatically evacuating the whole chamber till the set pressure is reached
  • After sealing,the pouch is automatically placed in the center of the chamber and the machine starts secondary vacuum for bulging the pouch. Also the chamber gets vibrating.
  • Then the pouch will press on the lid to acquire the desired shape,followed by release.
  • After that fresh air is let into the chamber, and when the inside and outside pressures are equal, the lid opens by pneumatic cylinders. All operations will be displayed on the display when they take place.
